Course Objectives At the end of the course, students will be able to:
Students will solve basic business math problems by performing computations.
Students will perform mathematical computations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages.
Students will demonstrate correct key and finger placement for touch operation. Students will improve accuracy on the electronic calculator by participating in five minute timings.
Students will solve basic business math problems using accumulator calculator operations.
Students will use the accumulator function keys to solve mixed calculation problems.
Students will apply touch operation to solve basic business applications.
Students will demonstrate mastery of basic business mathematical operations using the electronic calculator.
Performance levels are determined after assessments with a goal of 70 percent or higher.
